Does anyone know software to undistort images and messure within them on a slanted plane by marking a circle of known radius?

i have images of almost all >100 Elna discs and i want to digitize them. i only have access to 24 of them.

Searched a bit around and could not find a good all in one solution yet, or at least none with sufficient information from skimming its description/documentation

I have dev work on a python application that has it's dependencies managed by poetry. Usually i set my dev environments with a flake and nix-direnv. But i don't want to pollute the git repo with unneccessary nix files, that no one but myself uses. I had hoped that just having poetry and python in direnv in `/..` would fix the issue, but then i just get issues with libstdc liniking for some of the dependencies poetry successfully installs...
