Last week we reported that the Wampi First Nation was objecting to the state oil company Petroperú’s international call for bids to join it in reactivating the exploitation of Block 64 in the Peruvian #Amazonas, without consulting the indigenous communities on whose territories the proposed concession would be superimposed.
