Bikers in Berlin will be able to use parking spaces for free. Only a small change, but oh my does this trigger car owners. They fear more tension and fights between car owners and bicyclists... I just had the discussion with friends of mine.
I don't think it will cause much of anything. We need to reclaim the street from cars, to make our city more livable, this is a very small step in the right direction.
