There is absolutely no organisation around aid distribution. Just chaos and shooting. And the US personnel just watch, do nothing. After the shooting, the GHF personnel will clear the remaining Palestinians with stun grenades, pepper spray and tear gas.

He stressed that not once he felt threatened by the Palestinians. None were armed. So why are they being shot at? Palestinians are walking from 8 to 10 km one way to get to the GHF sites. They are waiting by the thousand for the sites to open and rush to the sites when they get told they can. At that point they get shot at by the IDF. The IDF would treat US personnel according to their grade. He got asked by IDF soldiers: "Why have come here to feed our enemy? You're not helping" That's how the IDF sees GHF. And their conception of enemy is the entire Gaza population, no distinction, they are all Hamas.
He witnessed the IDF treating Palestinians like animals. Also some GHF personnel dehumanised Palestinians in the same way.

The population that needs aid the most is situated north of the Netzarim corridor, meaning Gaza City and the surrounding cities. These cities are completely cut off from the rest of Gaza. No aid is going in. The people in the north are facing mass starvation
