Good morning tooters. It’s quite a cold morning today & only about 4c even now although the day will be sunny & we’re heading to 13c. Back to minus figures tonight.
I had an early start, out of the door before 7.30am to go for my fasting blood test. Surprising amount of people waiting even at that time, but luckily I was 3rd in line & 15mins later I’m walking back to my car. I obviously didn’t keep the arm bent for long enough because for the second time in my life, I leaked on the way home. Blood all down my arm & I’ve made a mess off my favourite & very warm jumper - who cares about my arm . All cleaned up now & jumper rinsed - but damnit, it was clean! Also a nice little purple bruise forming .
I’ve just finished eating my breakfast & my much wanted coffee & the plan was to do a Balance class, but while I think the arm will be fine now, I’ll wait until another hour to make sure.
