A while ago, for one reason or another, I googled “The kindest person who ever lived” and the name of this wonderful man came up. He willingly sacrificed his life to help a group of orphans in the Warsaw Ghetto, and his story brought a lump to my throat and I fought back tears. I’d sadly never heard of him, but thankfully now I have, and so should everyone else.
