Happy Caturday!

Both kittens are doing well. They are now 5 weeks old. They are both drinking water out of a bowl. Riley ate a fair amount of dry kitten food last night. Pepper wasn't interested. He's still nursing. Neither likes the taste of wet food, but that may change. Both are now out of the box and free to roam the room. We are looking into getting a litter box for them.

My Shylo girl will use Caturday Saturday to find places to rest after a busy International Cat Day. I'll be on your TV, too (not like Shylo is), with your 7-day weather forecast tonight!

I've been doing nothing useful at all for the 1st 3 hours of this holy Saturday, but I've had 5 (6?) cups of coffee and have fiddled around with my Emacs config non-stop, and I feel insanely happy. Emacs and elisp is the best programming environment I've ever used.

Good morning tooters. It was above zero this morning when I got up, 1c to be exact with a very light frost. Heading to a lovely sunny 18c. I think I will need to water the garden today especially my new citrus trees as no rain is forecast for at least a week.
I took a Panadol & a Voltaren before bed last night as my back was quite sore. Not something I’d normally do, but chopping the bottle brush back was a big job. I certainly slept well, nearly 7 & a half hours. My back is still a bit achy so I’m toning it down today & having a quieter one. Still going to do some jobs in the garden, but easy ones. I’ll now mow tomorrow afternoon, I can put up with the tatty mess of the lawn for another day . I think a bit of a stretch class only might be a good idea for me though just to give my back muscles some movement.
