Rode up Going-to-the-Sun Road past where cars are not allowed entry for the winter. I was worried about battery life so stayed on ECO mode a lot, should have given myself a lot more assist ended the 20 mile ride with 60% battery. The views were incredible, will post more later. What an incredible way to experience this beauty without having to be a tip top road cyclist climber.

Thus -2C start of attempt get to 2920m Timberline Lk., on that trail 8K up. Start 2350m on steep N facing wall W-Fork Cyn. Up thru 2008 Cascade burn for 6K even in steep side gulch. Only 10-15cm powder where we turned back almost to the lake, feet got cold, -6C lite N breeze. Glad we still did it . #climate #hiking #dogs #montana
