It’s about 21c & raining 🌧️ on & off with a very grey skies & pretty humid, heading to 30c which is ok <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Weather" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Weather</a>. Had hoped to go swimming 🏊🏼‍♀️, but the rain is a bit too heavy even though it’s on & off. If it was just drizzle it would be different. So no swimming & not even a walk🚶🏼‍♀️sadly. I need/want to do something though, so an at home exercise class is what I’ll do. An at home day is always a good day anyway <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Exercise" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Exercise</a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/StayingFit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#StayingFit</a> It was lovely to see my sister yesterday, she told me she’d been feeling really down & depressed & it didn’t help that yesterday was her late husbands birthday. She’s also confined to bed again due to swelling & there’s talk of it being cardiac related as she has cardiac issues & they’ll be getting the cardiac people to see her. She brightened up while I was there & was seeming more animated when I left but I have to admit that I am a bit worried. She hasn’t been healthy for a long time & it’s only getting worse <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Family" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Family</a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Sisters" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Sisters</a>. Hoping everyone has a lovely end to the working week, enjoy the day. Heather EvansGood morning tooters. Up bright & early again, I had stripped & remade my bed by 6am & had my linen washed & on the line by 6.30am. Mild morning again, overcast but supposed to reach 15c. As long as the washing dries I’m happy 😃. It’s now 7.30am & I’ve just finished my breakfast, a lovely warm chia & oat porridge & a coffee. I think I may head to the gym earlier than usual today as I’m meeting a couple of friends for lunch at a tiny little very basic cafe called Yums. Small menu but pretty good simple food & great coffee, very popular with people of my age group & above. Heather EvansGood morning tooters. It’s another glorious day here in the Dong, heading to 19c & I will need to water the garden today. I have a lot of cumquats about ready to be picked & they are beautiful, plump & gorgeous bright orange on the tree. I’ve been sleeping in the last few mornings, not sure if it’s because I’m going to bed super tired or because I’m just so snuggled & cosy. Whatever it is it’s kind of nice. Gym this morning & breast screening this afternoon. It’s been quite a full week this week & I’ve enjoyed it.
