Zum Teil natürlich auch deswegen weil es extrem hohe Investitionen erfordert &amp; sich (wenn überhaupt) nur in sehr langen Zeiträumen rentiert.</p><p>Volkswirtschaftlich gesehen sind hohe (&amp; stetig steigende) <a href="https://berlin.social/tags/Mieten" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Mieten</span></a> 1 Drama weil sie den allgemeinen <a href="https://berlin.social/tags/Wohlstand" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Wohlstand</span></a> &amp; <a href="https://berlin.social/tags/Wachstum" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Wachstum</span></a> ständig verringern.</p><p>Interessiert hier aber Keine*n.</p>
