Begründung vom Bauernverband ist, dass die Session-Arbeiter nicht ihren Lebensmittelpunkt in Deutschland haben und deswegen weniger verdienen sollen.</p><p>Realität vs. Fiktion des Bauernverbandes <br>- Zeitarbeiter sind seit vielen Jahren bereits in Deutschland Arbeiter 2. Klasse<br>- Sie verdienen weniger als deutsche Arbeiter <br>- Sie werden in teilweise überteuerten schimmligen kleinen Metallcontainern oder anderen extrem heruntergekommenen Räumen untergebracht<br>- Es gibt zum Teil zu wenige Sanitäranlagen und dafür aber Ungeziefer<br>- Es gibt Anzeichen von Zwangsarbeit und Betrug<br>- Es gibt Fälle von unfreiwilliger Schwarzarbeit hab ich gehört, wo Bauern den Mindestlohn nicht mal auszahlen an ihre Arbeitskräfte<br>- Lohnkürzungen und Verschuldungen, Untersagung von medizinischer Versorgung und Misshandlung bis hin zu sexuellen Übergriffen......... </p><p>**Das stinkt nach Ausbeutung!** </p><p>Wenn <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/Volt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Volt</span></a> im Bundestag wäre und da etwas mitentscheiden könnte, würde es uns garantiert nicht einfallen diesen Menschen, denen wir so viel zu verdanken haben, den Mindestlohn (also das was vor der Armut schützen soll) zu reduzieren! Im Gegenteil, wir müssten eigentlich eher Mittel und Wege finden, diese Menschen zu belohnen, dafür, dass sie für uns arbeiten verrichten, die der sehr kleine <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/Prim%C3%A4rsektor" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Primärsektor</span></a> in Deutschland gar nicht mehr allein bewältigen kann. Session-Arbeiter vor der Ausbeutung der Landwirtschafts-(groß)-betriebe.<br>Lasst es nicht zu, dass der Mindestlohn für eine Gruppe an Menschen in Deutschland gekürzt wird! <br>Das würde nicht nur den Menschen selbst schaden, sondern uns allen, da immer weniger diese Arbeit unter den miesesten Bedingungen erledigen wollen... andernfalls bleibt halt der Spargel, die Erdbeeren und alles andere auf dem Feld und kommt nicht in den Laden.
